Barb Gay- RLC Center
Based in Denver, Colorado and the owner of radish accounting.
Barb started as an RLC Consult in 2017 and progressed into an RLC Center in 2021. She also undertook a complete rebrand with RLC Global, reflecting her personality and future view and modernising her accounting business. In addition, she is focussing on using her skills, knowledge and experience to help other companies grow empowered with RLC products and services.

Vince started working with RLC Global in 2016; he has acquired and merged three other businesses into one. Kurt and his wife, Mindi started working with RLC Global in 2016; he has taken over the family business from his parents and continues to grow and develop it with the purchase of another firm in 2019. Doug and his wife Cynthia started working with RLC Global in 2016; they have built a family business that continues to grow and develop with the inclusion of daughter Diana (based in Rochester, NYC) and Christian in Oklahoma City. I wanted to make a difference, and not having a traditional title was my first stop. I change, I develop, I grow and that’s what a coach and consultant must do. I’m fortunate that my role is creative, operational, and consultative. I get to coach every day too. RLC is about people, and how we work is supporting the one to benefit the many, whether that be a corporate machine of tens of thousands of employees to the importance of SME business making a difference in its local community.
We live by the mantra to work where we want, how we want when we want.
